✓ WEB PRESENCE & MARKETING
As a Chamber member, your business listing and company logo are displayed prominently in the Membership Directory. Our website offers all members a user-friendly and secure portal to customize your business listing, including your logo, photos, description, business contact information, as well as, accessibility to view and add to the calendar of events, share articles and blog about your business.On average the Chamber of Commerce reaches approximately 15,000 unique online monthly visitors.
Inclusively, online ads are available at a nominal fee, offering a variety of options, from stationary banners to rotating squares. At the center of the City of Miami, Coconut Grove is a popular and highly sought after tourist destination. As a result, our website is a useful source of information for residents, tourists, and business travelers. This is where you’ll find information about sights, hotels, dining options, shopping, and other tourist information as well as local service providers-- from lawyers to dentists, to plumbers and hardware stores, to CPAs and more.
✓ EMAIL MARKETING
Each month, the Chamber of Commerce email newsletter reaches thousands of individuals and businesses. Despite the pandemic, since spring 2020, our newsletter has doubled in readership-- filled with relevant, up-to-the-minute information, news, and links to resources as it affects local businesses and the community. With every email distribution, one business and/or business owner(s) is featured absolutely free.
Most recently the Chamber of Commerce expanded to include real estate, yachts and related industry news in the Real Estate Showcase section, a monthly feature and a great way to reach direct buyers and potential home sellers.
Chamber members are also featured annually with at least one courtesy e-blasts (i.e. mass communication email) on the date of their choice. The number of e-blasts varies with each membership level, and any additional blasts are available for a nominal fee.

✓ LEARNING SEMINARS
Free to members, our Learning Seminars offer exposure to current and topical trends in business, community and personal well being. Topics include communications, economics, labor, employment, insurance, and similar areas of interest.
In the spring of 2020 these events shifted to a virtual setting, and were often combined to include other local chambers, thus maximizing the Chamber of Commerce’s community involvement, exposure and reach. We encourage members to participate, make suggestions as well as present any topics that might be of interest to all members.
✓ NETWORKING EVENTS
Our networking events have always been among the most well attended in South Florida, taking advantage of the many prestigious Coconut Grove venues. Our Annual Sunset Cruise on the Celebrity in conjunction with our friends at the Key Biscayne Chamber is usually sold out.
✓ MIAMI WOMEN’S NETWORKING INITIATIVE
The last Monday of the month is a long-standing favorite “Happy Hour” for women of all professional backgrounds to meet, network, share ideas, promote their businesses and learn from featured guest speakers. For upcoming networking events, visit the calendar for registration information.
✓ GOLDEN COCONUT AWARDS
Since the late 1950s, the Chamber of Commerce has honored individuals and businesses for their significant contributions to advance the business, civic and community interests of Coconut Grove. At every level, members may submit nominations in various categories for a chance to win one or more coveted Golden Coconut awards.
✓ MEMBERSHIP PLAQUES, SIGNAGE
All members of the Chamber receive a distinctive wall plaque that proudly identifies their business as a strong supporter of, and participant in, Coconut Grove’s economic health and well-being. The plaque demonstrates your pride and commitment to our community.
The Chamber also provides a branded Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce window decal and/or door sign for display at your business recognizing your membership and involvement within the organization.
✓ MEMBER-TO-MEMBER (M2M) DISCOUNTS
The M2M program is an opportunity for members to promote their business, products, and/or services with fellow members and to create a buzz of goodwill that goes beyond our Chamber doors. Additionally, a M2M will indicate your participation in your business listing.
✓ LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Member representatives are welcome to volunteer for one or more of our many active committees. Share your individual expertise to enhance the Chamber’s value to the community. Committees include, but are not limited to: Marketing, Membership, Sustainability and Resilience, Events (both ongoing and specific), Communications and Technology.
